HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Make a reservation at least two weeks in advance.
• Complete your Studio Day Project List*
• Complete the Studio Day Asset Access form
*If Project List exceeds amount of time reserved, client may reserve additional studio time or revise their list.

You'll receive a draft of your top priority projects at the start of the day. This is followed by an immediate feedback window, where you'll share your thoughts and request any edits. We'll continue to use this preview and feedback pattern at additional check-in times throughout the day.
Build Your Brand

After our final check-in, the rest of the day will be spent packaging everything up for your use. Your final files will be delivered via Dropbox by 10:00am hst the next day.

Before you inquire about Studio Days, please make sure you have all of the required brand files and necessary project assets.
What is required for a Studio Day?
BEFORE YOU RESERVE YOUR DAY
• Logo files in .eps or .ai format
• Brand Font Files (with proper licenses to share)
• Brand Color Palette with codes/formulas
• Brand patterns, graphics, etc. (proper file formats)
• Images, photography, stock photos, etc.
• Pre-written copy (if using)
• Any other necessary project assets
• The time to complete our Project List Form
• The time to complete our Asset Access Form

Single digital pieces
Projects that can be batch-produced from existing templates* (updating 20 IG graphics that are already in template form)
Large quantities of digital assets (social media graphics, website graphics, etc.)
Series of small projects that only require simple edits or updates
Projects that require simple edits: updating text (client supplies), adding images, updating colors, etc.
